My practice conversations rarely go to the courtroom, but are often characters in movies I just watched or things I'd say to people if they ever asked me my opinion about their lives (all those nosy, none of my business things I could tell em if they dare give me the floor to vent! I could have written this - really! I did the same thing with music, and I still mourn the loss of my Steve Miller CD. I dumped them all. ALL. I didn't read anything non-secular for about 5 years, either. Yup. I was way in for 5 years too. I feel much more balanced in God these days. I'm also a walker. Sometimes my husband and I will take two or three walks in a day, on the weekends. Got me a doozy of a stroller to replace the first one we wore the wheels down on. And - uh - practicing conversations? Guilty. Been getting caught muttering them out since childhood. Very embarrassing. Are you ever a lawyer in yours?
