Full disclosure; a sincere nightmare.

Step One: Powerlessness.
Step One Hundred: Glass of wine?

outdoors: walking and biking, lots and lots.
emotions: crying and throwing, lots and lots.
son: Lil’ E has turned 3. Gottman teaching me to raise an “emotionally intelligent child” (?)
animals: Found Ginger’s nest of a dozen eggs.
plants… a bazillion heirloom tomatoes pop up out of nowhere, apples and blackberries too.
work? Oh, you mean that thing you do to get paid? What ever happened to that, anyway?
(family) “little did I know, how deep these roots had grown” -Over the Rhine
me: a name I call myself. fa: a long long way to run. [both appropriate]
